Patio by Brumley Gardens Announcing the 'Patio' from Brumley Gardens, an outdoor redux for the discerning Lakewood, Lake Highlands, University Park, Highland Park, Oak Cliff, and North Dallas homeowners. 1 : A testament to our commitment to quality, creativity and meeting client satisfaction The focus of the design was a large patio that was both functional and visually beautiful. We had high-quality natural stone pavers, although durable, art above that can create elegant appearance. The layout has been designed for everything from family catch ups to romantic dinners underneath the stars. One of the issues that we ran into was the lay of the land, it is not a level building site, we are up in the hills, it is all very steep. Using environmentally-considerate materials, our expert team successfully designed and built a series of terracing and retaining walls to create a flat surface in the back that not only made it more functional but also beautiful. A unique custom built fire pit, along with stylish seating surrounding it, was also added, creating a beautiful centerpiece for getting cozy on the patio in the evenings. Finally, we incorporated rich landscaping with native plants that thrive in our climate for a low-maintenance way to add year-round color to the spaces. As we selected drought-resistant flora to beautify the habitat and support ecological balance, we remained committed to sustainable practices all the way through the space. Outcome The client was very happy with the result. Their backyard is transformed into a stylish oasis where friends and family can soak in the ambiance and enjoy the outdoor air within the comfort of their suite. Brumley Gardens worked with meticulous care and a clear vision for what quality landscaping should look like; their execution transformed an ordinary backyard into a luxurious oasis we could only dream of. It is not just a patio, but a literal correspondence to the surrounding lifestyle that emphasizes the sophistication and elegant subtlety of all beauty.
