Brighton, MI - Landscape & Lighting Troy Clogg Landscape Associates has completed the 'Brighton, MI - Landscape & Lighting' , which converted a standard suburban lot into a visually appealing outdoor living area. The landscape featured a delicate balance of natural stone paths, ornamental flower beds, and light fixtures carefully installed to accentuate the beauty of the landscape and serve a useful function. We selected native plants and hardy perennials to establish a landscape that would be attractive year after year with careful maintenance. The hardscapes were installed with quality bluestone walkways to add elegance and bear the brunt of Michigan's weather. The biggest challenge for this was how to connect the design to the existing topography. Our team did an excellent job of grading the property to achieve flow, functionality, and drainage to eliminate erosion. The design also enabled us to install a custom irrigation system that guaranteed optimal care for every plant to ensure lush growth from day one. The illumination was the crowning touch. We provided energy-efficient, quality LED fixtures for pathways and points of interest, transforming the properties charm to a welcoming one when the sun disappeared. The final result was a satisfied client who had a place they could invite their family and friends over for gatherings.
