Lakeside Entertainment Space And Water Feature Breaking Ground is introducing our latest luxury transformation, the Lakeside Entertainment Space and Water Feature, that improves outdoor living and beauty for our Omaha area and surrounding communities such as Arlington, Bennington, Elkhorn, and beyond. The new deck, also composed of durable, low-maintenance composite, marries substance to architecture seamlessly with ample open-space. The deck is enhanced by stylish built-in lounges for hosting guests that overlook the lake. A focal point of the is the new water feature that features a pond with native landscaping and flowing flowers. The gentle gurgle of flowing water provides some peace of mind and draws you in to enjoy the serenity of the woods. The team had the unique challenge of integrating the feature with the site context, introducing depth in regard to drainage while still ensuring the water feature is in harmony with the surrounding environment. We thoughtfully planned and designed this site specific landscape to bring a harmonious balance to the natural beauty of the place. We also added strategic lighting throughout the space to enhance the entertainment experience by drawing attention to amenities & ensuring the space is welcoming after dark. Fire pits are great for warmth and ambiance to keep the outdoors alive longer seasons. The end result is truly a lakeside retreat that fulfills - even exceeds - our client expectations.
