The landscape was a successful testament to our craftsmanship and commitment to quality and client satisfaction in West Chester, Ohio. The began with a full site analysis to assess and catalog the property's unique topography and environmental conditions. Our team so successfully navigate uneven terrain and drainage challenges even addressed issues related to stormwater runoff with innovative solutions (i.e., using a retaining wall made of locally sourced stone) and drainage systems that would ensure durability and functionality. At the center of our design was the development of an outdoor living space that was rich with natural beauty and connection to comfort and luxury. We built a custom patio made from natural flagstone, which was refined in elegance, comfort, and functionality. The patio was surrounded by perennial gardens meticulously designed and planted in a rigidity designed with a diverse grouping of native plants. These plants are selected to enhance the garden with color and to provide year-round blooms that attract local wildlife. We designed and planned for a water feature to accent the outdoor living space. The deep basin of the cascading fountain introduced a breathtaking beauty to the gallery and garden. Simultaneously, the running water amplified the tranquil harmony we were creating for visitors to enjoy. The pathways were designed to tie together the spaces and incorporated solar-powered LED lighting features to guide guests through the landscape while minimizing environmental impact. The outcome was a harmonious grouping of aesthetics and practical, usable outdoor space. The Rhodus Residence inspired visitors as a peaceful retreat from their busy lives. We received continuous affirmations from the delighted homeowners concerning how beautiful and usable space was created outside of their home, which in turn allowed for relaxation to become a little more integrated into their lifestyle.
