About This Project

Beach Front Lookout Louis Fusco Landscape Architects is proud to present our latest landscape 'Beach Front Lookout,' a coastal residential that represents a new paradigm in coastal living. Located along a beautiful stretch of shoreline, this melds coastal beauty with functional outdoor space. The design features a mixed coastal plant palette consisting of native plantings particularly selected for the local coastal environment to ensure sustainable long-lasting landscapes. We also selected durable building materials including weathered stone pathways and pre-finished teak decking, providing beauty and durability. A unique design challenge was managing coastal erosion while balancing the natural contour of the land. Our innovative boulder retaining walls joined with the dune restoration protect the property while taking advantage of the visual landscape. The end result is a stunning outdoor space featuring multi-zoned seating and entertaining areas and a tranquil meditation garden to rest and quietly enjoy. The design also includes a lighting package, creating a nice night-time atmosphere that engages the lush gardens and landscape. The clients loved the finished and were thankful for the incredible final product, celebrating the blend of beauty and functional outdoor living space. 'Beach Front Lookout' is a representation of commitment to excellence and craftsmanship, serving as a landmark for future works in the area including Westchester County, Fairfield County, and beyond.
