EXAMPLE VISUALIZATION 01 by Edge VR Studios () Edge VR Studios | Visualization Example 01 | Stunning landscaping for beauty living Capture Los Angeles Part of the design team that caters to a diverse clientele from Beverly Hills to Pasadena and Culver City, this backyard was transformed into a functional yet elegant oasis. This highlights a balance of native and drought-tolerant plant materials that reflect sustainability and decorative landscaping. An intricate stone pathway with locally sourced flagstone to the seating area and landscape designed with colorful blooms and flourishing greenery. I used a select palate of colors and textures consisting of ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs that do well in the Southern California climate. Grading was another challenge since it was very undulating, and we needed to come up with creative ways to ensure that there was a smooth experience across this space. Skilled hands leveled everything, creating drainage and leaving the land from eroding, keeping the previous landscape beautiful. We also installed a new irrigation system that utilizes water wisely, demonstrating our sustainable practices. Our client ended up with a retreat that was exactly what he hoped for but even better than he imagined, a place for gatherings in the warm months or just to escape to for a peaceful moment. A local artisan built a custom fire pit using reclaimed bricks, drawing family and friends outdoors to sit around the fire and gaze at the starry nights. The consideration to added both value to the property overall but also the sustainability for our client to create an atmosphere that will work for many years ahead.
