Series: Black Kitchen by Edge VR Studios At 'Black Kitchen' landscaping design by Edge VR Studio highlights their latest outdoor transformation which seamlessly bridges the gap between functionality and aesthetics. This focused on a contemporary living experience intersecting nature, located in the heart of Los Angeles. At the heart of the Black Kitchen is a high-end outdoor kitchen built of top-notch materials like tough black granite counters (and even tougher black granite) and stainless steel appliances, blending fashion and function. A variety of landscape elements, including water-efficient succulents and ornamental grasses that add texture and color throughout the year, envelop this culinary oasis. One of the key issues of the was the limited outdoor area which required a solution to utilize freely without compromising the design. This is where our Edge VR Studios team worked around that limitation by using multi-functional features like embedding seating into the landscape design to serve both dining and relaxation purposes. Ambient lighting completes the area by casting a warm glow on the outdoor kitchen and garden, setting the stage for evenings spent outside. T h ey used permeable pavers for the patio to enhance drainage and interest, while the hardscape greets the inviting greenery. Remarkable transformations result to an amazing outdoor area that wowed the customers and turned their yard into a sanctuary whether for hosting or simply relaxing. We are happy to have completed a that reflects our values of quality workmanship and cutting-edge design to the unique neighborhoods of Alhambra, Beverly Hills, and beyond.
