Private Residence - Coconut Grove PARADELO BURGESS DESIGN STUDIO LLC is honored to present the 'Private Residence - Coconut Grove' , a stunning renovation that merges contemporary design with the natural beauty of South Florida. Located in one of Miami's most desirable neighborhoods, this landscaping exemplifies our dedication to quality and creativity, and demonstrates our respect and commitment to the sustainable cultivation of Florida plants. This design is expansive and inclusive of many native species of plants, creating a beautiful ecosystem that thrives year-round. Beautiful palms, ornamental grasses, and flowering plants create amazing vegetation to enhance aesthetics, while building sustainable practices. High-end materials were used, including natural stone pathways and custom raised beds to create beautiful vertical outdoor living spaces. One of the biggest challenges on this site was to manage the existing elevations and drainage issues of the property. Our trained professionals engineered, implemented, and created a unique drainage system with the client, for a solution that functionally solved the flow of the water and fit into the overall design of the landscape, allowing the drainage to play a part in the overall setting. The end product is a stunning landscape retreat that artistically reflects our client's ideals and provides a functional outdoor space for family gatherings, or a private retreat. The design integrates many impactful features such as a fire pit area, differentiated lighting options, and a serene love of water for sounds that enforce peacefulness. The end product showcases our development work and is a property we are thankful to have had the opportunity to work on.
