Nirmul Residence - Tampa The Nirmul Residence in Tampa, completed by ParadeLo Burgess Design Studio LLC, represents the successful merger of contemporary aesthetics and natural beauty. The design and installation of the larger landscape improvements were developed to client's specifications. The first component of the work was a new elegant hardscapes design, including a custom stonewalk that connects the front of the home to the garden while providing voyeuristic views into the lush garden. The hardscape was completed with locally sourced coral stone. Coral stone is an ideal choice for Florida as it can withstand harsh weather and can seamlessly integrate with the surrounding plant material. There were various challenges ParadeLo Burgess Design Studio LLC encountered, including the layout of an uneven yard and redoing an existing irrigation system. Overall, through their expertise and collaborations, ParadeLo Burgess Design Studio LLC was able to build an inviting outdoor area that would be water efficient for the future plant installations. Careful selection of native Florida plants was critical to the success of the . Species were chosen for their drought tolerance like Florida-friendly hibiscus, ornamental grasses, and bougainvillea to provide color and texture throughout the year. The team also incorporated a water feature with a cascading fountain to triple as an attention-seeking landscape element, water conservation, and sound effects.
