About This Project

The Mitchell Residence We McCabe's Nursery & Landscape Construction pride ourselves in transforming your landscape into a paradise place. Located in the scenic area of Fallbrook, the Mitchell Residence showcases our work and landscaping craftsmanship. This complete landscape transformation fused drought-resistant plantings, attract for hardscaping and usable outdoor living spaces. So the design team decided to incorporate California native plants, such as colorful succulents, fragrant lavender, and ornamental grasses, to help create a beautiful yet sustainable garden that complements our climate. A main challenge we had was that the property is quite hilly. As a solution to this challenge, we implemented a series of terraced garden beds that both improved aesthetics and drainage, as well as soil retention. We placed locally sourced flagstone in winding ways through the underpassing, providing a peaceful experience for guests while giving a walkable surface. Along with the garden beds and pathways, there was a beautiful outdoor patio area where they can have family get togethers, shaded under the bespoke pergola built for the space. A cutting-edge irrigation system was installed to ensure water efficiency and long-term plant health; a further testament to our commitment to sustainable practices. The end product was a stunning display of pure form and practicality that the Mitchell would now get to enjoy. The result is a colorful outdoor sanctuary that is unique to them, as well as eco-friendly. This is an example of the quality of work we put into our s as well one of our contributions to improving the natural beauty of the region we serve in including De Luz, Murrieta, Temecula. At McCabe's we believe all landscapes are the stuff inspiration should be made of and The Mitchell Residence is further proof of this paradigm.
