About This Project

The Parker Residence McCabe's Nursery & Landscape Construction would like to introduce the beautiful renovation of The Parker Residence located in the scenic center of Temecula. This beautiful and versatile landscaping is an example of our commitment to quality, creativity, and overall customer satisfaction for the communities of De Luz, Fallbrook, Menifee, and beyond. Our team was excited by the sloped lot at The Parker Residence, but knew we had a challenge ahead. We needed to provide hysteresis solutions to create a functional outdoor space, but also to keep it all looking attractive. Initially, We created the property and garden in three tiers to not only improve the aesthetics of the house but also to enable proper drainage. A selection of drought-resistant plants native to the area were selected to assist in maintaining a sustainable landscape requiring limited maintenance for the homeowners. This showcases a gorgeous mix of hardscaping and softscaping. For the large patio and walkways, we sourced locally flagstone to create a continuous flow of the spaces. Alongside the stonework, we incorporated a bespoke fire pit for evenings lounging outside enjoying a glass of wine. Our expert craftsmen also built decorative but functional retaining walls to provide definition between the different areas of the garden. As for water features, they were a major element of the design vision shared by the Parker family, and we fulfilled that wish with a tranquil koi pond to further accentuate the peacefulness of the landscape. Relaxing sounds of water flowing over rocks, welcoming wildlife, and harmony. The end product is an immaculate scene that represents sophistication and comfort, where form and function blend perfectly. The finished Parker Residence features a colorful garden, plenty of outdoor living space, and a beautiful facade that has impressed the clients and their guests. We are proud that McCabe's was able to create this vision, a true representation of McCabe's craftsmanship and the creative designs we will continue to bring forth on each we create.
