Indian Harbour Landscape Makeover The Master's Touch Landscape and Design is excited to present the Indian Harbour Landscape Makeover; a that transformed our client’s outdoor living experience. Located in the heart of Indian Harbour Beach, this represented a full redesign of the property’s landscape; it merges functionality and beauty. We accepted the challenge of rejuvenating the space with a variety of native Florida plants- low maintenance and sustainable plantings. The design included tropical colors and textures with additions of hibiscus, plumeria, and native palmettos to create a lush and inviting area. We also added custom stone pathways and a patio area with travertine pavers for durability as an entertaining feature. Site drainage was one of the largest challenges and perennial issues on the property. Our experience and talented staff were able to install a state-of-the-art drainage system (product for the cost) that diverted, controlled, and treated all water flooding the site. The previous conditions could not sustain the new plants- as part of the new design, we also obtained millennial mulch and sourced local vendors who care the plants to hold moisture in the soil and deter weeds for longevity. The final result was spectacular. The client was thrilled with the blending of hardscaping and softscaping. It provided the client with the feeling of being in a tranquil sanctuary in their home, and all their neighbors were jealous. The Indian Harbour Landscape Makeover not only made the home look more attractive, but it also increased the curb appeal in the neighborhood.
