About This Project

Heritage Isle - Bandcroft Drive Nestled within the stunning community, Heritage Isle, Bandcroft Drive is a wonderful example of The Master's Touch Landscape and Design's training and expertise. This was a complete landscaping renovation from a traditional yard to a serene getaway. Our team had carefully crafted a design that was appropriate for the subtropical climate, using hardy native plants like palms, hibiscus, and gardenias while being environmentally sustainable and improving ecosystem diversity. Quality materials were also important; we chose a strong stone path that connects all elements of the landscape while using beautiful pavers that are practical as well. One of the challenges along the way, was the change in elevations within the site that needed to be dealt with, so water was not pooling in one area. Our landscape professionals created an intricate drainage system and adjusted the grading by taking these changes in elevation into account. This not only solved the issues but blended in beautifully within the rest of the landscape, allowing the water to naturally flow through the garden. The end result is a beautiful mix of plants, seating areas, and colorful flowers that result in a peaceful retreat for relaxation. The clients were ecstatic with the results, they clearly articulated their satisfaction with how the space can be utilized for entertaining family and also as a peaceful getaway to unwind.
