Front Yard Landscape Renovation The Master's Touch Landscape and Design is pleased to present the 'Front Yard Landscape Renovation.' This exemplifies how a front yard can completely change curb appeal for our customer in Cocoa Beach. The involved installing a combination of native Florida plants, sustainable materials, and new design techniques that create a with a sense of quality and care for the environment. The began with removing old and overgrown landscaping that distracted from the home's character. One complication for our team was that the yard had a slope to it. We approach this issue by designing tiered flower beds and strategically placing boulders for drainage and visual appeal. Our choice for flora was to pick a colorful blend of native plants. The vibrant colors of hibiscus and gardenias mixed with the resilience of coontie plants offer a low-maintenance native landscape. To provide some shape and elegance to the yard, we created a custom stone path from locally sourced coral stone to lead to the front door. Not only is coral stone stylish and durable, but it also is befitting of the coastal atmosphere surrounding the home. White gravel provides a clean, modern look surrounding the flower beds. This also worked as a base for solar-powered LED lights that lit up along the path. This also enhances safety and ambiance for night time use of the space. The end result is an incredible front yard that respects Florida's natural beauty while allowing for a welcoming space for our customers. Upon seeing the result, our customers were ecstatic. They appreciated that we combined the function and design of the area. The renovation added value to the property while creating an area that our customers could enjoy for years.
