The innovative design features a story-and-a-half structure elevated over a sunken garage, maximizing the buildable area without compromising aesthetic appeal or comfort. Central to the success of this project is the integration of a radiant snow-melting system within the driveway, enabling year-round accessibility and convenience. The design also thoughtfully incorporates the existing storm sewer infrastructure, allowing for a gravity drain that ensures efficient water management. The residence is engineered for energy efficiency, boasting a robust double-stud wall assembly that enhances insulation, while triple-pane tilt-turn windows provide ample natural light and ventilation.
