The included a complete redesign of the property with gardens, hardscapes, and functional outdoor living areas. MT Carpenter Landscape Inc.'s experienced team secured premium material, including locally sourced stone for all the pathways and seating areas, to ensure our hardscapes are durable and consistent with the land's characteristics. MT Carpenter Landscape Inc. used a plethora of native plantings that would invigorate the space while also improving biodiversity and sustainability for the property. A primary challenge was that the terrain was sloped, which meant our design needed to include grading solutions to create flat areas to entertain and relax. The team was able to create significant retaining walls out of natural stone to address erosion and provide an attractive feature as part of the landscape design. The team also included a custom irrigation system to ensure the health of all new plantings, since different species have varying water requirements. The final design is a beautiful landscape that marries function and beauty. The clients now have a beautiful fire pit space surrounded by live gardens, a calming water feature that provides a focal point, and tranquil meandering pathways that entice investigation. Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship resulted in a calming space to enhance the property value, create a space for family gatherings, and relax by the lake.
