About This Project

Avon Residence | Garden Creations, Inc. Located in the beautiful town of Avon, Garden Creations, Inc. recently finished the planting installation of the 'Avon Residence' landscape , which turned an average landscape into a gorgeous landscape. This showcased the seamlessly integrated native plantings, elegant hardscapes, and material choices that mirror the stunning natural characteristics of the greater Beaver Creek and Edwards areas. The design included an elegant flagstone walkway, made of local stone, which made its way through colorful perennial gardens that are alive with color from spring until fall. Then we selected the kinds of plants that are hardy to the local climate and are drought resistant, so that they would look good but require little upkeep. The vibrant, textural wildflowers, ornamental grasses, and strategically placed shrubs created a dense, private oasis while acting as a backdrop to the home’s exterior. Unfortunately, the land has quite a slope to it which was one of the main obstacles we experienced. We designed tiered garden beds with natural stone retaining walls to resolve drainage issues along with giving it a rustic look. And to take the outdoor experience up another notch, we also incorporated a fire pit with a full set of comfortable seating around it to host gatherings or simply relax underneath the stars. Throughout the process, we had evolved something that was functional yet also absolutely beautiful as a final product, something that was one landscape that felt cohesive yet clearly worked beautifully. The end-client was delighted with the end result, raving the high quality of work and the level of detail demonstrated by our team. The Avon Residence is a display of the landscaping excellence, the creative excellence, the touch of artistry, and the magical touch of Garden Creations, Inc that are helping the client to create a wonderful outdoor living experience.
