Ladue MO - Kitchen, Fireplace & Patio, Deck Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction is pleased to share the completed in Ladue MO that contains a beautiful outdoor kitchen, fireplace, spacious patio, and an elevated deck. This highlights Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction's focus on quality and craftsmanship for the distinguished homeowners in Ladue and the surrounding areas (including Manchester, Wildwood, and Webster Groves). The centerpiece of this landscape design is a hand-crafted stone fireplace, which adds a beautiful function to this space while acting as a focal point for gatherings. Constructed of natural stone sourced from the local environment, the fireplace creates warmth and ambiance on cooler evenings. The patio was constructed with pavers in a warm palette of earthy colored stones, which blended well with the natural environment, while providing enough space for entertaining and activities. To extend the living space experience, we designed a multi-level deck utilizing composite materials with low maintenance that are durable and built to last. The deck flows perfectly into the landscape, which included native plants and well-oriented lighting, creating a desirable atmosphere in the evening. The property was located on a hill that sloped towards the backside of the home. This slope created design challenges where we engaged solutions to create a cohesive flow from the kitchen to the patio to the deck outside. Our team designed a sequence of retaining walls that stabilized the slope and created interest with tiered planting. The culmination of the was an outdoor kitchen which included high-end appliances and custom cabinetry so the homeowners could entertain and cook under the stars! The incorporated granite countertops and grill gave style and function to the outdoor kitchen where families could gather or entertain friends. Overall, the resulted in a fabulous outdoor living space that exceeded the client's expectations, blending beauty, function, and comfort beautifully.
