West Valley, Creative Landscapes Detroit LLCD The landscaping in West Bloomfield 'West Valley' showcases Creative Landscapes Detroit LLC creative outdoor space innovations. The total design was over 3,000 square feet of detailed landscaping to achieve the clients version of a peaceful but also practical yard retreat. Among its most noteworthy elements is a multi-tiered, locally-sourced bluestone patio, combining aesthetic beauty with practicality. The integration of otwal stones are embedded in naturall rocks which fits well with nature. A meandering path spangled with perennials and grasses both invites you into the property and gives it character and curb appeal. This was particularly making corrections for drainage on the site which is one of the biggest struggles you will face. The team worked effectively in installing a complete French drain system, allowing proper water drainage without doing much disturbance to the landscape. Not only did that help to resolve any potential flooding issues, but it also provided a great foundation for plant life to thrive in. The end result is an impressive ratio of hardscape to softscape, with a custom fire pit and plentiful seating (ideal for family and friends) arranged around the fire pit. The greenery comes alive with the help of landscape lighting to convert the property into a whimsical escape by night.
