Here at Hyer Quality Hardscape & Landscape, we specialize in bringing the beautiful hardscapes and landscapes to your outdoor spaces, and our latest Pool Deck and Spa shows us just that! This award winning , located in the heart of the busy community of Gainesville, Florida, consisted of completely re-designing an existing pool area to serve as a tranquil oasis that creates a beautiful connection to the landscape. We started with carefully choicing solid materials, such as travertine pavers. They are not only visually appealing but also provide excellent slip resistance and high heat retention. This floor plan showcases an extensive pool deck that spills seamlessly into a resort-style spa, both surrounded by lush tropical gardens. A lot of palm trees and ornamental grass were advanced from native plants to add visual aesthetics while giving low maintenance and perennial benefits. The site was also challenging due to its topography and we had to be quite clever in designing the stormwater drainage to avoid the pool filling up with water. To ensure this innovation will not only be functional, but safe and long-term, our team designed a tasteful and sophisticated drainage system which diverts water away from the deck. The end result is nothing but stunning. The spacious deck around the pool is ideal for entertaining with lounge areas and ambient lighting to create a cozy mood when entertaining during the evening hours. The peaceful jets of a hot tub and the soft sound of bubbling water are the ideal backdrop for relaxation and renewal. The client was happy with the attention to detail maintained by us and the overall completion of the . The Pool Deck and Spa , accomplished through Hyer Quality Hardscape & Landscape, has also transformed the backyard into a private paradise that signifies what living in Florida truly should be.
