About This Project

Scope: Lanai with Outdoor Fire Place The 'Lanai with Outdoor Fireplace' by Hyer Quality Hardscape & Landscape is a perfect example of creative design and expert craftsmanship, located in beautiful Gainesville, Florida. The entry level yard was capable but our skilled team turned it into an exciting outdoor oasis for unwinding together or entertaining. The ideation offers a crafted lanai, bringing both the warmth of indoors and freedom of outdoors together. At the heart of the space is a custom outdoor fireplace constructed of natural stone sourced nearby, that warms the space and also serves as a feature. To complement the fireplace, we added lounge areas built from high-end, weather-resistant materials so they will last for years to come with no less comfort. We pumped up the landscaping with beautiful plantings that reflect the natural surroundings, including colorful flowering shrubs and native grasses that will be loved by local animals. Permeable pavers on the patio are attractive, too, and they help with the drainage problem since they provide a sustainability solution with little runoff. Over the course of our we encountered challenges like uneven ground and existing vegetation that we needed to clear or remove and transplant. Nonetheless, we were able to overcome these challenges easily, thanks to our focus on quality and attention to detail. The end product is a marriage of form and function, welcomed with open arms by our client as the perfect space to enjoy family gatherings or a quiet night by the fire. Across the board, Hyer Quality Hardscape & Landscape delivers quality results that optimize outdoor living. This Landscape will be a reminder of our passion and craftsmanship for many years to come to our clients in Alachua, Archer, Evinston, Micanopy, Ocala, Jacksonville, High Springs, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, Siesta Key, Fort Myers, Naples and all over Florida.
