Our team started off ensured proper evaluation of what already exists taking into account and understanding what the vision the client had and also what the space should be able to function with. Chose better, durable materials (natural stone pavers, and a stone fire pit that were installed to blend in all beauty and provide endless usability). The materials employed are not only aesthetically pleasing but also withstand the changing weather of Florida. Grading and leveling of the original site was only one of the challenges we would face: The ground had not been mere soil but a rocky elevation unfit for laying a patio. Our talented crew carefully tackled this problem, ensuring proper drainage, with no further issues. We also included colorful landscaping elements with native plants and ornamental grasses that not only contribute color and texture but also introduce biodiversity to the local area. The end result is simply spectacular. The expansive patio is bordered by greenery framing one of the fine features of this home, the eye-catching firepit that adds a cozy point that attracts guests. The unit is a great ambient light in the evenings providing warmth when the fire is lit and that warm glow is complemented around the perimeter with the low ambient light that is also installed to set and mood for those peaceful nights in Florida. The client was thrilled with the outcome, we were highly commended on the quality of our work, attention to detail, and our ability to visually interpret the clients vision. It enhanced their outdoor living experience and added value to their property.
