Located in center Franklin, Tennessee, this redefined a residential property to create a soothing retreat for our client. We began this with a site analysis, evaluating what the property offered in terms of site conditions, including slope and exposure to the sun. Our designers came up with a wonderful multi-tiered garden design that maintained beautiful natural site conditions and managed water runoff; drainage was also a significant concern, and we were able to weave it into our design. With our tiered garden design, colorful perennials, and flowering shrubs were used to help showcase the landscape while also coaxing out some of the beautiful local indigenous wildlife. An aesthetic that matched our design was paramount, so we utilized a sustainable drip irrigation system to mitigate over-watering, ensuring that each plant received the right amount of water. We took more care in installing the irrigation system so as not to disturb the existing landscape. Our clients and their family were very pleased that we accomplished the irrigation system installation without affecting the existing landscape. Lighting was also a point of focus in this . Low-voltage LED light fixtures were installed in workable positions throughout the garden to illuminate a small pathway while highlighting a stone water feature that was part of the design as well as a seating area that was envisioned for evening usage by our clients and their guests. While the intent was to create a safe environment and enhance the evening park-like setting, our clients were mesmerized by the simple and cozy charm of the . Dreamscapes LLC executed the with an eye for quality and detail. All site materials were selected for longevity and aesthetics. We also used natural stone for the outside pavilion patio and path for unencumbered compatibility with landscape. In the end, during our Franklin Custom Landscape/Irrigation/Lighting Design , our clients ultimately lit up with joy in seeing their newly practiced outdoor space for relaxation and gatherings.
