Drainage at Campbell by Dreamscapes LLC The Campbell Drainage is located in the beautiful community of Belle Meade, a perfect example of the quality and craftsmanship that we provide with every here at Dreamscapes, LLC. The task at hand was to provide a long-lasting solution to the issue of water pooling and drainage issues in the client's beautiful garden and outdoor living space. We started with a detailed site analysis to assess the main problem areas on-site we wanted to remedy with our solutions. This included a drainage French drain system that was utilized with premium perforated pipe and gravel to manage and redirect water, all while causing the least amount of disturbance to the existing landscape on site. In addition, we added catch basins, gutters, downspouts, etc. One of the key challenges we faced on this site was variable and sloping ground. Due to the property being sloped away from the client’s garden, we had to work through the design process, not only to correct the water situation, preserve as much of the landscape, but ensure it all looked good and well thought out. After several hours in the rain the previous week, we got back to work excavating the proper depth of the trench that we were digging and didn’t touch the rest of the landscape around it. We put effort into ensuring it drained correctly. To beautify the memory of the two basins and pipe, we picked out Qualicoat materials native to the area and incorporated decorative stones around them. This was a big part of this clients vision! They were ultimately camouflaged but at the same time aesthetically pleasing. We aimed to keep everything sustainable. In the end, the turned out exceptionally well. The drainage problems were resolved and the area was revitalized back into a stellar garden and outdoor family space. The client was thrilled with their home again and appreciated the detail and professionalism of work throughout the .
