Mallad Landscape Installation by Dreamscapes LLC Dreamscapes LLC is excited to showcase the Mallad landscape installation; a gorgeous transformation that changes outdoor living for this picturesque residence in the heart of Nashville. Serving the surrounding areas of Belle Meade, Brentwood, Fairview, Forest Hills, Franklin, Kingston Springs, Pegram, and Nolensville, we designed a landscape that is aesthetic to the property and enhances the lifestyle of the homeowner. The included a nice combination of native plants, rich, verdant landscape, and long-lasting hardscaping elements for outdoor enjoyment. In particular, we utilized quality materials like natural stone pavers to pave the patio area; this enhances the overall environment while providing a warm, inviting space. The design featured tiered flower beds of perennials and ornamental grasses with bursts of color throughout the seasons. Lastly, the custom water feature, that was included in the design provided a calming effect to the backyard space; this space is now an oasis. The changes did present a significant challenge with the property grades. Drainage solutions were important for preserving the landscape and the home from potential water damage. Our team overcame this through the careful grading process to create a drainage system that preserved the integrity of the plants and avoided water issues around the home. Overall, the finished installation is beautiful, and our attention to detail and craftsmanship will assuredly meet the expectations of the client. The Mallad landscape installation enhances outdoor space for gatherings with friends and family while displaying the beauty of nature, and also a functional space for outdoor living.
