The started with a complete site analysis, recognizing the areas that can be enhanced while preserving the natural landscape. Our team displayed innovative knowledge to combine the use of native plants along with seasonal perennials to deliver a low-maintenance and sustainable garden to enjoy all year round. A beautiful stone path created from locally sourced flagstone leads guests through the lush vegetation, directing them to the custom fire pit area, built of natural boulders, that adds to the gathering area. Uneven landscaping presented one of the major challenges during construction; R&A Landscaping had to creatively grade and address drainage patterns. Our team is skilled at using innovative systems for our landscapes to be sustainable, while preserving the integrity of the property, which included systems to remove pooled water. We were able to source mulch and soil amendments that included only the best supplies to restore the earth for plant health. The outcome is simply beautiful! The landscape incorporates areas of function with a beautiful visual to enjoy. The clients were very pleased with the pops of color and textures throughout the site, as well as the tranquil setting by the use of seating and low ambient decorative lights. It is easy to see this property has been improved with curb appeal, as it is once again a desired place to be on weekends and holidays.
