Titled 'Remodeling Transformation,' our latest reflected our craftsmanship and creativity, and is inspired by the local communities of Arcadia Lakes, Blythewood, Cayce, Columbia, Elgin, Forest Acres, West Columbia, Lexington, Chapin, Aiken, Charleston, and York. After extensive consultation into what the client needs and aesthetic vision, a broad landscaping plan was drawn up. The task was to develop a seamless outdoor experience that merged harmoniously with the architecture but added value as a functional space. From unstable ground to subpar drainage conditions, our skilled crews employed advanced grading methods and high quality materials to provide a superior and lasting solution. Elements included a variety of native planting suited to the climate there to provide year-round colour and low maintenance. Natural Flagstone was installed, creating a gorgeous stone patio that is ideal for entertaining family and friends. Adding a path with flowering shrubs and grass plants lining each side gives the patio a backdrop to enjoy and even some visual interest as guests traverse the yard. This transformation had a key focus on water features. They installed a custom-designed pond with a calming waterfall that attracts nearby wildlife and creates a peaceful ambiance. We also added LED lights to illuminate some of the landscape features while allowing the space to be used after dark. The outcome was a stunning outdoor oasis in which the final vision far exceeded the expectations of the client. They took time and effort into this and through hands on craftsmanship did Crystal Pools LLC have this yard feeling as an _ Oasis instead of a boring empty lot. Needless to say, the finished product excited the client, who loved how we integrated design with function to elevate their outdoor lifestyle!
