This was a full residential renovation of a property that included functionality, aesthetics, & relaxing outdoor spaces in-full to enhance the Florida lifestyle. Amongst the remarkable features of the , is the incredible variety of native plant species suitable for climate in your locality to achieve sustainability and low maintenance. Bright flowering species like Bougainvillea and Hibiscus were included, as well as plenty of palm trees for shade and an island vibe. Locally harvested coral stone is used to create a meandering stone pathway inviting visitors to explore through the landscape and interconnecting outdoor rooms. The had one major problem to solve, an ongoing drainage issue in the backyard that had led to a pool of water forming behind the house. Our expert team constructed an intelligent water drainage system using the permeable pavers and French drains lining the property to properly manage water runoff, allowing the landscape features lasting durability. We included a stunning water feature with a pond created just for this purpose as well as a waterfall for added appeal and the lure of local wildlife to enhance the natural environment. Ambient lighting accentuates focal points and makes the outdoor space even more usable later into the evening. The result? An amazing scenery which not only creates a beautiful curb appeal for the property, but also offers the homeowners their own retreat at the back of the house whenever they want to get away.
