This was an exciting challenge for the - to balance form and function accessed through a landscape that gave back to the beautiful waterfront views. Our team carefully crafted a multi-level patio with beautiful travertine pavers that offer both beauty and reliability. Not only does the natural stone create sites that are easy on the eye, but it is also a great slip-resistant choice which is important for poolside areas. We included sabal palms and ornamental grasses encircling the patio, native Florida plants that thrive in our climate while attracting native wildlife. To complete the tranquillity, a bold water feature with waterfall was designed and installed, providing an excellent sound experience. This feature is a statement piece that provides a lovely focal point that catches the eye and acts as a calming backdrop to outdoor functions. The filtration system utilized eco-friendly materials with sustainability being a key driver in the design. One lift was the critical establishment of drainage solutions required to counteract heavy rainfall common to South Florida. A state-of-art drainage system was installed beneath the ground surface to manage runoff and hold back flood waters, while remaining out of sight to preserve the aesthetic of the space. The final result? The end result, a breathtaking backyard oasis that meets both the clients vision and lifestyle. Now, this waterfront retreat is an oasis for leisure and entertainment with an expansive outdoor kitchen, casual lounge spaces and colorful plantings.
