THE MONTCLAIR CLIENTS DVA CONSULTING & DESIGN Montclair Clients a high-quality landscaping DVA Consulting and Design This Montclair presents a refined balance of use and style, suited to the specific desire of the client. The landscaping includes a variety of native plants that add beauty to the property (and biodiversity to the area). Sustainable and requiring low usage of water, we introduced drought-resistant species. A custom stone pathway that weaves through the garden and ultimately leads to a small seating area, where family and friends can spend evenings during the summer outdoors, helps to break up the rich palette of colors and textures. The property had a very extreme slop, which posed several challenges to drainage and finding proper building methods of stabilizing and holding the house on the land. The landscape was still heavily contoured, but our team worked to conserve the beautiful topography of the site with tiered planting beds and advanced drainage elements to ease maintenance and access to the landscape. We used the best materials, the retaining walls were made of local stone that matches excellently and the best part is its evergreen quality. Landscape lighting enhances the aesthetics of the garden after sunset, making it accessible to our clients, 24/7. The end result is a stunning outdoor paradise that embodies the style of our Montclair clients, boosting their home's value and enjoyment. As a testament to DVA Consulting and Design’s need for high quality landscapes, our clients could not be happier with their new oasis in the East Bay.
