Fremont Front Yard Makeover / DVA Consulting and Design Transforming any space can take it to the next level and with quality and creativity and on time delivery to clients, DVA consulting and design bring before you this beautiful designed front yard in Fremont. Based out of the East Bay and with a good portion of work along the 80 corridor, including Alameda, Berkeley, Oakland and more this is just one example of our work with improving outdoor spaces among a range of communities. Our clients came to us with an existing front yard that consisted of uninspiring grass, and over grown shrubs that just didn't do the job. We performed a comprehensive site analysis and worked hand in hand with our homeowners to understand their vision for an entrance that was both pleasing to the eye and warm in its invitation. With sustainable and low-maintenance in mind, we used high quality materials and a palette of native plants that suit the Bay Area climate. Visitors are greeted by a beautiful stone driveway built from local flagstone, and custom wooden planters to display colourful seasonal flowers at the base of vertical containers of growth. A decorative water feature brings the gentle sound of water, making the garden feel even more peaceful and serene. The was not without its difficulties, including ground which was uneven, and areas which were shaded for a part of the day. To solve these issues our talented team built tiered garden beds to allow additional planting opportunities as well as increase drainage to create a more welcoming landscape. The after is a front yard that is as beautiful as it is also cohesive with the nature surrounding it. The homeowners were thrilled with the final product and feel the extensive remodel has really enhanced the curb appeal and added a space in the backyard to both unwind and entertain.
