Corporate & Facilities by Green Impact LandscapeGreen Impact Landscape is thrilled to showcase the 'Corporate & Facilities', a commercial landscape transformation in downtown Greenville. Spreading across 10,000 square feet, this corporate skillfully designed to improve the aesthetics and utility of the corporate space and make it more congenial to the employees and clients. We used a selection of quality materials in the from drought tolerant natives, to stone paths to sustainable timber used in the benches. In addition to promoting environmental sustainability, the permeable paving allows for adequate drainage, meeting stormwater runoff management concerns for the region. Uneven terrain was one of the main challenges of the , which we solved by an intelligent integration of terraced gardens and elevated flower beds providing not only the eye-catching effect, but also space efficiency. Beautiful masses of greenery and flowering plants were introduced to create a backdrop and promote biodiversity. The end product is a beautiful field that marries form and function providing a calm courtyard with seating for lounging and informal meetings. The client loved their new space and appreciated the new curb appeal as well on how it is now also more inviting to promote collaboration and creativity from their employees.
