of the Land: Commercial / Commercial Park, Green Effect Landscape Green Impact Landscape is delivering a major that will transform a large Commercial/Office Park, captured geographically to service the bustling communities of Berea, City View, Conestee, and beyond. The objective was to establish a beautiful and useful outdoor area which adds towards the beauty and productivity of an office space. The detailed plan incorporated native plantings, ornamental grasses, and other hardscaping materials that are durable and natural to the area. We chose plants that are drought resistant that will be beautiful year-round and can be maintained with very little effort ideal for a commercial space. Permeable pavers in the walkways and parking areas allowed for efficient drainage while also minimizing water runoff for a greener space. The property had very uneven terrain so we needed to get creative on the grading front to prepare it for building. This dynamic site was cut and filled to provide visual interest and functional spaces without destroying existing trees and natural features by our skilled team. Seating areas, complete with decorative boulders and native shrubs, also created inviting places for employees to rest and recharge during the workday. It concluded with a striking central water feature that enhances the park experience as a picturesque site and adds to the serenity of the park. The gurgling sounds of fluid water create a soothing experience out of the daily tormented office routine, boosting employee wellness. The client was excited the results post completion with a drastic improvement in employee morale and high street appeal that has encouraged further foot traffic in to the office park.
