About This Project

Hoa- A by Green Impact Landscape Introducing the Hoa which is where aesthetics seamlessly meets the functionality of an outdoor space by Green Impact Landscape. Set amidst the most vibrant and turbulent heart of Greenville, SC, this was for a thoughtful client wanting to create a refuge for themselves living in this chaotic world in a place that reflects their affinity for nature. Initially, our crew battled steep slopes and terrible soil that tested the landscape design to its limits. Although our skilled workers used cutting-edge grading techniques and added a thick layer of pure organic matter, a gold standard in soil is always needed for the greenbelt to flourish. The design consists of a range of native plants, carefully selected for their sustainability and requiring minimal upkeep. The planting design incorporated colourful perennials, ornamental grasses, evergreen shrubs to inspire seasonal interest with a year-round habitat for local wildlife. Visitors are invited to wander throughout the garden on a winding path of curated natural stone allowing them to get up close and personal with the naturally native land. The place extreme emphasize on sustainable materials. We had a stunning reclaimed wood pergola installed to serve as both a functional shade structure and rustic character in the setting. There was also an environmentally sustainable irrigation system installed to conserve water and promote a healthy landscape. The end result is a stunning backdrop that epitomises peshtence and grace. The client loved the change, loving how hardscapes and softscapes meld together to create an inviting and relaxing place to sit back and take in the view. The 'Hoa' exemplifies Green Impact Landscape as a champion craftsmanship and sustainable landscaping solutions to the community of Greenville and beyond.
