The JCRD Group: Poolside, Outdoor Dining Area Design Located in an upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles, The JCRD Group is excited to present the 'Poolside, Outdoor Dining Area Design' , a remarkable renovation taking outdoor living to a luxurious level. We work in upscale neighborhoods including Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica, and wanted to create a warm and inviting space to complement both relaxation and dining. The featured a combination of beautiful natural stone and sustainable materials to create a refined dining area adjacent to a sparkling pool. Custom-constructed wood pergolas were used for shade, while LED lighting creates a welcoming social setting in the evenings. Tropical plants and ornamental grasses were used to soften the hardscape with their specific shapes and textures; perfect for the calm and inviting setting we were after. A primary challenge was the slope of the surrounding site conditions and the pool area. Our team came up with an approach proposing a multi-tiered design with retaining walls made of reclaimed stone, which was both beautiful and stable support. Meanwhile, this helped with nearby drainage and added depth to the site. Our cheerful clients could not have been more impressed with the final output of the original . So much so, that their outdoor space easily became the focal point for their family and social gatherings. With lots of seating space, a world-class outdoor kitchen, and fire pit, their poolside dining area has slowly become the ultimate experience for alfresco dining in Los Angeles. It was a joy to present our clients with such an impeccable outcome, and with our finishing detail and devotion to quality work, we left them delighted with their new outdoor escape.
