This was a full-scale with a complete redesign of the existing landscape to create a seamless transition between luxurious indoor living and the beautiful outdoor space. A primary focus of the was to create a multi-functional terrace and patio for outdoor entertaining that truly combines elegance with functionality. Durable finished materials that withstand the elements, including natural stone pavers in the patio area, add a heightened aesthetic element complemented by durability. The pool area gently beckons with elegant teak wood decking as a warm contrast to the cool blue water hues, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation or entertaining your guest. A major challenge of the was the unbelievably steep terrain. We were able to take advantage of this element to achieve continuity throughout the terrace by utilizing a structure of tiered levels that not only creates a great visual, but also utilizes structural integrity. Retaining walls become a piece of art with lush grazes and colorful flower borders seamlessly placed creating a unique oasis in the outdoors. The design for the outdoor social area was specifically created around the client’s needs: an entertainment space with a custom outdoor kitchen packed with the best cooking tools for inside cooking, coupled with a dining area that is perfectly aligned to ensure an entertaining experience that will be remembered. Ambient lighting is strategically placed to accentuate focal points and provide for a warm, inviting environment in the evenings. The final result is a breathtaking outdoor experience that creates a deep sense of fulfillment for our client.
