Some aspects of the include terraces created using locally sourced and locally found natural stones that provided varied aesthetic properties and stability. The competition of scaled stone terraces are included in the design, along with intentional planting selections of Mediterranean plantings, flowers, herbs, and vines that created a tapestry of color and texture that provided abundant lovely fragrances for every season of the year. On a slight grade, and slopes toward residential home on property, the surface water drainage was an impossible situationrestricted from water retention resulting from precipitation, let alone functionality of water flowing anywhere elseyet not for the assessment made again from a sophisticated engineering solution integrated.
