Summary: Commercial Entry Landscape by CMHP Design, LLC CMHP Design, LLC is excited to present the ‘Commercial Entry Landscape’ that changed the existing entrance of a noteworthy facilities in Clemson, South Carolina, while serving Central, Easley, and beyond with superior quality and design aesthetics. The design incorporated a collection of native plants, ornamental grass, and seasonal flowers that were chosen to survive in the existing climate, phasing in and out with the seasons, and providing seasonal vibrancy year-round. Landscaping features such as; custom stone pathways, ornamental retention walls, and well-placed lighting display the building's architecture. High-quality stone from the local river, pavers were used to ensure durability and reusability. One of the 's significant challenges was the existing uneven grades and provisions for drainage. However, with proper planning and thoughtful solutions including a complete drainage system, CMHP Design, LLC conceptualized, designed, developed, and constructed a creative outdoor space that is right for the environment. The finished landscape is welcoming and sophisticated for business entry use, and asking the question, 'Are we in Clemson, SC?' The clients and employees feel engaged and part of a caring professional experience every time they approach their business entrance. Plants provide the rich and welcoming outdoor environment, bringing a sense of caring to the professionals and that be felt by entering the space. From planting a landscaped entrance that has developed into a conversation piece within the community, CMHP Design, LLC is dedicated to quality craftsmanship and service.
