The Reserve at Lake Keowee (G-1) Completed by: CMHP Design, LLC Situated in the beautiful areas of Lake Keowee, the 'Reserve at Lake Keowee (G-1)' represents the capabilities and creativity of CMHP Design, LLC. This serves the vibrant communities of Central, Clemson, Easley, and beyond. Through the process, we transformed this designated real estate into an outdoor oasis that creates a positive impact on the environment. This involved an intricate mix of hardscaping and softscaping that are fundamentally created to build a visually stimulating and functional outdoor environment. We used local stone for the walkways and retaining walls to provide durability while meeting the earth tones of the landscape. A custom outdoor fire pit creates a gathering space for families and friends to enjoy the views of the lake and native plantings. One of the difficulties experienced on this was the extreme slope, requiring innovative grading designs that create a positive visual layout while achieving proper drainage. Our team used landscape methods to control water flow by minimizing impervious surfaces while inducing permeable pavements and bioswales, keeping sustainability in mind. The end product is a stunning landscape that closely represents the environment while meeting all of the functional desires of the homeowners. With all of the flower beds, native shrubs, and seasonal plantings, this is a great example of the quality of our work and attention to detail.
