Michigan City Rehab Planned Environment Associates is excited to present the next step in the transformative landscape , Michigan City Rehab, where we breathed new life into a residence in Michigan City. We could revitalize the property outdoors by restoring function and beauty to the property, while at the same time establishing a tranquil yet lively atmosphere for the client. The featured premium products, local stone, native plant palettes, functionally replenishing irrigation systems, and our commitment to delivering quality. The design prominently featured an extensive combination of hardscaping and softscaping elements with a functional flagstone patio for entertaining guests, framed with beautiful perennial gardens that bloom throughout the spring, summer, and fall. One of the challenges was working with the slope of the property. Our plan was to address the slope with terraced beds which provided proper vegetative surface while improving soil retention and draining. The work our team did was impeccable. It brought visual interest and harmony to the natural landscape, while allowing plenty of space for plants to grow. In the end, we delivered an integrated outdoor retreat that not only pleased the client, but added value and surpassed the client's expectations. Today the Michigan City Rehab , is a welcoming place for family gatherings, quiet time, and to encourage wild life. Now that the is finished the residence provides Planned Environment Associates, a beautiful property we can serve in our communities of Beverly Shores, Chesterton, and Valparaiso with excellence in s related to landscaping. We are proudly part of this remarkable transformation and we have shown our capacity to create beautiful, sustainable landscapes that enhance the beauty in this region.
