Serene Garden Walk Way Creative Landscapes, Inc. has completed the 'Serene Garden Walk Way' , a once uninviting backyard is now a tranquil escape in Garden City, SC. As we service the beautiful coastal areas of Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Socastee, Surfside Beach and Georgetown, we pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship. The began with a plan to draw a component that would help connect the home to the garden volume. In selecting the materials for the walk way, case bluestone paver stone was chosen, sourced locally, with natural tones for coloration to bridge the organic form of the stone against the formality of the home. Identifying and selecting both native and ornamental grasses to insert along the path appeal and to promote biodiversity was part of the plan. The varying terrain, requiring grading and indications of water was a substantial challenge, however, our team handled these with dexterity and fickleness throughout the grading process, without compromising the foundations and integrity of the ecosystem. The completed 'Serene Garden Walk Way' is beautifully designed with a gentle winding path through the garden to create the invite to the adventure and relaxation. The landscape lighting along the walk way creates a tranquil atmosphere after dark, while providing safety to be outside after dusk. The homeowner couldn't have been more appreciative of the thoughtful detail and design of the walk way culminating into their outdoor living space.
