This consisted of Rochester Hills Landscaping by Creative Landscapes Detroit LLC. Located in the beautiful community of Rochester Hills, Creative Landscapes Detroit LLC recently completed a stunning landscaping that integrates landscaping and modern home design. This was a custom that took some careful planning and design upstairs that was designed for diserning client looking for an outdoor respite. To start our process, our team identified the challenges and the opportunities of the landscape through a comprehensive site analysis. It was a slope with variable sun exposure and this really called for some creative horticulture to keep plants happy and the views looking good. A tiered garden design helped us solve some of these issues, creating interest, drainage and erosion control. We used quality, locally sourced materials including natural stone for the walls and paths maintaining continuity with the existing landscape. A sustainably sustainable and low-maintenance palette of native plants (of course) to ensure 365 days of the year interest. It featured colorful flower beds, green ground cover, and swinging grasses in landscape design. The landscape also created a beautiful water feature in the form of a designer pond and waterfall, which draws wildlife and serves as a focal point. Not only does this component serve to further the serenity of the home, but it also doubles as a calming soundtrack for the outdoor living space. Except for the aesthetic part improvement, integrating the nature functionality into the outdoor spaces was also a challenging task. We had our team design a large patio with pavers to accommodate entertainment and relaxation. An outdoor kitchen was also created for them that include a built-in grill, serving island and seating, perfect for outdoor dining, in their newly landscaped yard. The end product exceeded our client's expectations with careful planning, skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. This conversion not only enhanced the property’s entryway aesthetic but delivered solace for the family as well as a comfortable experience for guests.
