Brookside by Zach's Lawn & Landscaping Located in Fairway, Kansas, the Brookside landscaping by Zach's Lawn & Landscaping is a wonderful example of quality workmanship and innovative design. The lawnthe has taken a standard backyard into a tranquil getaway, filled with nature and the essence of modern living. The design includes a hand-laid stone path, made from locally sourced stone, that takes people on a journey through beautiful gardens that are filled with perennial plants that do well in the Kansas soil. A small water feature, with a bubbling fountain, is peaceful, relaxing, and attracts wildlife, enhancing the natural ambiance. The Brookside faced some challenges, one being the slope of the yard. This challenge was overcome by tiered (landscaped) steps and natural boulders used for retaining walls to create flat areas to plant flowers and areas to relax. This tiering added to the usability of the backyard while adding more visual interest and depth to the overall design. The overall result is a landscape that has stunning views around every turn. From flowering beds full of colors to thoughtfully planned seating areas that invite relaxation, the clients were very appreciative for the professionalism, attention to , listened to the clients' vision, and ultimately delivered a vision that exceeded expectations. With a dedication to quality, Zach's Lawn & Landscaping showed, once again, exactly why they are a you can trust, not just in the Fairway and Leawood area, but throughout the greater Kansas City area. Brookside is an excellent example of Zach's Lawn & Landscaping's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Taking the house and backyard and making it into more than ordinary place to live into an extraordinary place to live.
