Children's Play Space by Mauri Landscapes Introducing the "Children's Play Area," Mauri Landscapes' latest is a colorful, safe, and exciting outdoor space that encourages kids to play and help boost their creativity. This undertaking is located in one of Las Vegas' most desirable neighborhoods, where a family of four wanted a fun place for their kids to enjoy while improving the aesthetics of their backyard. Our design team worked hard understanding the needs of the family and laying out the space. We created a safe play area, with a soft cushioned turf surface that promotes safety, while bringing a lush green landscape that requires maintenance. We built a custom wooden play structure equipped with slides, climbing walls, and swings built from durable, high-quality materials to withstand many years of playful energy. To enhance the fun experience of the play area, we created paths with natural stone that guided children to a whimsical garden filled with native plants and colorful flower beds. Not only does this beautify the play space, but it creates an opportunity for children to learn the beauty of local plantsand to enjoy the flowers as they play outside. We did encounter challenges during construction with uneven terrain that needed innovative grading to install a level area while maintaining drainage. Our professional team was able to skillfully accommodate these challenges to create a safe and useable play area. The final showcases a beautiful Children's Play Area that the client was thrilled withwhich was wonderful to see! The space was safe, fun and natural. Children now have a place to explore, learn, and play, while parents are at ease knowing their children are in a safe space.
