Summary: Expansive Backyard Remodel by Mauri Landscapes Mauri Landscapes is proud to present the 'Expansive Backyard Remodel.' This breath-taking renovation dramatically changed the way our clients in Henderson lived and entertained! We envisioned an underutilized space to become a beautiful and functional outdoor oasis for our clients, and set out to create an entertaining space that included an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and a water feature, all working together to create an overall pleasant outdoor experience with breathtaking views from within the newly renovated home. Our designs didn't come without a challenge, as our clients permanently owned a sloped backyard. We leveled and terraced the area for a beautiful (and usable) landscape! At the heart of the backyard remodel is a custom designed patio made of durable pavers that will provide years of entertaining for our clients! Surrounding the patio areas, we wove a tapestry of native plants and ornamental grasses that looked beautiful while promoting sustainability and low-water usage. To allow for year-round entertaining, we created an outdoor kitchen that incorporated high-end materials and appliances in stainless steel, and a fire pit for friends and family to gather around. We also included a tranquil water feature with sounds that are pleasant and then enhance the backyard space itself. Overall, the new landscape created a spectacular backyard that harmonized with the natural landscape and provided year-round outdoor experiences, with colors and textures that change as the seasons change. The client was satisfied beyond words, which we are so proud of and value.
