Our recent , ‘Front Yard Remodels,’ is a clear reflection of our dedication to quality and creativity for homeowners in Boulder City, Enterprise, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Spring Valley, The Lakes, and Whitney. In this remodel, we completely reimagined an outdated front yard that lacked curb appeal. Our landscape team assessed what we were working with, and we felt confident even in a challenging, sloping site with limited sunshine. From these challenges, we created tiered garden beds, which were a great solution to provide variation while also improving the health of plants within the landscape. To improve the durability and sustainability of the design, we selected primarily native drought-resistant plants for vibrancy and relatively low maintenance. A beautiful selection of ornamental grass, accenting perennials, and strategically placed succulents came together to add color and texture to the landscape . To visually pull the landscape together, a lovely stone pathway leads to the front door, flanked by quality landscape lighting that will provide welcoming ambiance and night-use of the path. Materials used in this were exceptionally important. A natural stone was selected for the walls, as quality materials will withstand the test of time while also providing some compliment to the and environment. Additionally, a modern irrigation system will even distribute water budgets while minimizing water waste to align with sustainability within the design. The final reveal of the was beautiful! The front yard was engaging and welcoming to any guest or passerby, and it significantly added value to the space. The homeowners were excited the transformation, which showcases not only property value but friendliness of the environment for neighbors. The served as a reflection of Mauri Landscapes' ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, quality designs, and creative service to the communities we work in.
