The site is located in the quiet neighborhood of a quiet subdivision and was founded to create a calming oasis that emphasizes modern aesthetics and practical outdoor spaces. The process began with an entire site analysis aimed at mitigating the uneven ground conditions and limited sunlight. Our landscape architects successfully engineered a multi-level landscape that improved the ability for water drainage and created zones for relaxation and entertaining. Utilizing a beautiful variety of natural stone paths combined with modern concrete seating and patios allowed visitors to explore the nooks and crannies of the retreat. More design features include a contemporary fire pit flanked by custom seating for a warm gathering under the stars, and lush, low maintenance native plants disperses throughout to provide interest all year while serving our local ecosystem and promoting biodiversity. Additionally, we designed the backyard with stylish wooden trellises for climbing vines to allow for privacy while enjoying nuances of nature. We selected the best quality materials including locally sourced stone and sustainably harvested wood with eco-friendly practices in mind. We also integrated energy-efficient LED light fixtures to highlight your landscape and provide ambiance at night turning your retreat into a magical experience. Logistically, the posed challenges including weather delays on site, and ultimately we coordinated information to create timely design solutions on behalf of the homeowner. The outcome was a splendid outdoor configuration that exceeded the clients' expectations all at once with style, comfort, and sustainability.
