The was simple - create a calming and serene outdoor space and tribute to the client's mother, while enhancing the overall beauty of the property. The consisted of a thoughtful design palette composed of native plantings, ornamental trees, and a flower bed consisting of a succession of flowering plants that would bloom throughout seasonal cycles. A sustainable stone pathway was utilized and built from only the finest local quarried bluestone that accentuated the landscaping with its solid form and color. One of the biggest issues faced with the property was the steep uneven yard elevations.
