King Residence The Slevin Group Landscape & Snow is pleased to showcase our latest , the King Residence, which exemplifies our dedication to quality landscaping. Located in Livingston, we encountered many challenges with the property, such as sloping topography and undefined outdoor spaces. We created a cohesive landscape design that embraces the natural contours of the property. The landscape features stunning native plantings, specifically ornamental grasses and brightly colored perennials. These plants were meticulously selected to blossom wonderfully within the confines of the local environment. Quality materials were essential, so we chose natural stone for the walls and flagstone for the pathways, creating a seamless flow from space to space within the property. The custom-designed firepit and seating area offer an exceptional gathering place and increase the functionality of the residence. The had its fair share of challenges, especially with issues related to drainage and ensuring adequate irrigation for the lush greenery. Throughout, we remained committed to quality, utilizing the best products available for drainage and irrigation, ultimately ensuring that the landscape remains vivid and lush all year round. The completed celebrates a stunning outdoor paradise that represents the client's vision, enhances the property's aesthetics, and is functional. The King Residence is defined by stunning beauty and practicality, and our clients could not be happier in their outdoor enjoyment.
