New Brighton - MT Carpenter Landscape Inc. MT Carpenter Landscape Inc. is excited to share the 'New Brighton' , a remarkable that showcases outdoor living elevated by unique design and craft. The is located in the center of the Twin Cities and connects the beauty of the existing landscape with usable, modern features. This home features a large, durable natural stone patio, that is a great space for entertaining and relaxation. Surrounded by a vibrant selection of native plantings, we utilized a mix of perennials, ornamental grasses, and shrubs to deliver a dynamic garden that will bloom in the appropriate seasons. These selections all utilize sustainable materials ensuring as long a lifespan we are capable of and a commitment to sustainable practices. The site presented one of the largest obstacles of an uneven topography. Our team worked carefully to overcome this obstacle with updated grading techniques throughout the landscape. Along with these techniques, we installed a custom drainage to enhance the functionality of the space and prevent pooling water to extend the life of the plantings. An added feature of tranquility was introduced with the installation of a tranquil water feature. As a focal point in the garden, the addition attracts local wildlife and exposes clients to a soothing experience in the outdoor space. With all the features integrated throughout, the landscape is stunning and connects popularity and functionality, which is the intent of our work.
